Description: And so it was. The next morning we departed Majuro Lagoon under clear skies and sailed to Wotje, Wotje. Majuro is the District Center for the Marshall Islands, including the Wotje, Wotje atoll. The Marshall Islands comprise about 70 square miles of dry land laced over 180,000 square miles of ocean forming the eastern edge of Micronesia. This photo was taken while producing a Micronesia documentary.
